  1. OBOE (Opal Batch Organizer and Extender) is a C program designed to fill
  2. in needs not provided in DOS for common batch file operations.  Type
  3. "OBOE" at the DOS prompt with no parameters, to receive help on the several 
  4. command formats supported.

  6. OBOE is freeware and can be freely distributed with the sole condition
  7. that the name and phone number of Opal Computing, and surrounding infor-
  8. mation, continue to show unchanged on the help screen accessed by typing 
  9. "OBOE" with no arguments.

  11. Your feedback on how you use OBOE, and any suggested new features, are
  12. welcome.  No promise is made to implement the new feature suggestions!
  13. But they may be done if easy, widely useful, or paid for.
